Absolutely! When we receive a cv for a specific role, if we feel your skillset is just as suited for other roles we are shortlisting for we will discuss this with you and offer to submit your cv for both or multiple roles.

Yes, we do run various background checks once you are shortlisted by a client. We will contact you for your ID document (used for crim checks by SAPS) we will ask for your matric certificate (sent to Umlazi to confirm you when you matriculated) Some clients also request credit checks (this is done through TransUnion and Xperian). All these checks are required especially when applying for positions in the financial sector as this is what the financial institutions require.
