Before each interview you are called to, we will send you all the important information regarding time, address and person you will be interviewed by. We then resend you the job specification to refresh your memory regarding the role you will be interviewed for. We also supply the web address of the company so that you can research a little about them and understand what their service offering is, this will put you at ease when entering the interview room.
Absolutely! When we receive a cv for a specific role, if we feel your skillset is just as suited for other roles we are shortlisting for we will discuss this with you and offer to submit your cv for both or multiple roles.
Most definitely we will send you an email should your skills not be the right fit for what our client is looking for. Should you have been for an interview and not made the final selection we will call you to discuss and put an action plan together for the next steps.
Our CRM system has multiple safety features which ensures your documents are protected from any identity theft or fraudulent activity. We only ask for sensitive documents in the final stages as requested by client when you have been for an interview.
Yes, we do run various background checks once you are shortlisted by a client. We will contact you for your ID document (used for crim checks by SAPS) we will ask for your matric certificate (sent to Umlazi to confirm you when you matriculated) Some clients also request credit checks (this is done through TransUnion and Xperian). All these checks are required especially when applying for positions in the financial sector as this is what the financial institutions require.
